At New Village we pride ourselves on providing delicious, balanced meals for our children.
Our meals offer an exciting choice of healthy, fresh food at excellent value.
We believe that school meals represent the best option in terms of contributing to a healthy diet and value for money, when compared to other sources of food available to children for their mid day meal, i.e. packed lunches.
All our menus comply with current food and nutritional standards.

Paying for Meals
You can pay for your child’s school lunch on the ParentPay app.
Children need to stay on their meal pattern (school dinners or packed lunches) for the half term. It is the responsibility of parents to contact the school office to inform us of any changes.
If your child is eligible for free school meals, please read the information from the ‘Free School Meals’ team or contact the school office, who will be able to help you register.
Cool Milk
If you would like your child to have milk at break time each day this can be arranged through Cool Milk.
Cool Milk is one of the UK’s leading school milk suppliers; working in partnership with over 65 local authorities to supply free and subsidised school milk to children in pre-schools, nurseries and primary schools.
This milk scheme is available to all of our pupils. School milk is free for under-5’s and for over 5’s it is available at a small subsidised termly cost. Each child that registers with Cool Milk will receive a 189ml portion of semi-skimmed milk every day, delivered fresh and chilled to the classroom.
